Nick – Vice President
Nick Smadi has been the Vice President for Southern State since 1995. He has had the experience to work with all kinds of insurance from general liability to workers comp and commercial auto. He can handle any type of insurance and get the best and lowest price and make sure the insured has the adequate coverage in place. He has saved people lots of money on their insurance by analyzing the type of coverage they need. He provides great customer service.

Mercedez Ramirez – Personal Agent
Mercedez Ramirez has been an insurance agent at Southern State for over 7 years. She specializes in the auto department as an auto insurance specialist. She takes her time to review your policy and help you shop for better rates and explain what discounts are available to you. She doesn’t stop there; she gives you tips to lower your premium, offers you different packages and options to choose from to customize it to the price range affordable to you. She likes what she does and always provides great customer service.

Gustavo Galvez – Commercial Agent
Gustavo Galvez graduated from California University with a major in finance and a minor in economics.He got involved in the insurance industry and is now going on 5 years working for Southern State. He has developed in the commercial department specializing in professional liability, product liability and commercial. He loves what he does.

Evelyn Angel – Personal Agent
Evelyn Angel has been involved in the insurance business for over 7 years. She mainly specializes in the Auto department. She has been working for Southern State Insurance for almost 2 years this coming July. She has had many challenges since she started working for Southern State, example; she has met goals of selling a number of policies for the month as well as reaching a profit for the month. She’s a great team player and provides excellent customer service. She likes to get to know her customers on a personal level to make sure they are getting the service they deserve.
